Power-Up Potato Cakes

Ingredients
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 25g of flour
- 1 medium potato (grated)
- 130ml of hypoallergenic formula (4 scoops powder to 120 ml water)
Allergens: wheat
Note: Some hypoallergenic formula contain lactose and/or extensively hydrolysed milk protein.
For allergens, always check the ingredients list on the label of each product purchased for use in these recipes.
Method
- Put all the flour into a bowl then gradually stir in the hypoallergenic formula with a whisk
- Stir in your grated potatoes
- Heat the oil then ladle a scoop of potato mixture in and cook for at least 3 minutes on each side. They should be golden brown and fully cooked through
- Keep going till you run out of mixture
