Waffles

Recipe of dairy-free waffles for children's breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 100g flour
  • 100g hypoallergenic formula
  • 150g banana
  • 200g water
  • 50g of dairy-free margarine

 

Allergens: wheat

Note: Some hypoallergenic formula contain lactose and/or extensively hydrolysed milk protein.

For allergens, always check the ingredients list on the label of each product purchased for use in these recipes.

Method

  1. Add hypoallergenic formula and dairy-free margarine and flour to blender
  2. Blend for about 30 seconds to a minute, until the mixture is fluid and runny
  3. Grease and warm your waffle maker
  4. When it’s ready, spoon in the batter and cook according to the manufacturers instructions
  5. Serve with fruit
